Significant interaction possible, monitor closely.

3- Incr Atc:ASPIRIN,RETEPLASE-pd
ASPIRIN and RETEPLASE both increase anticoagulation. Potential for dangerous interaction; Use with caution and monitor closely.

2-Zoloft: Incr Toprol XL-pk
Zoloft(SERTRALINE) will increase the level or effect of Toprol XL(METOPROLOL) by hepatic enzyme CYP2D6 metabolism.

2-ASPIRIN:Toprol XL-other
ASPIRIN decreases effects of Toprol XL(METOPROLOL) by pharmacodynamic antagonism.
Long term (>1 wk) NSAID use. NSAIDs decrease prostaglandin synthesis.
